Rediscover Unity With God and Within Yourself

The Holy Mountain Franciscan Retreat Center is a ministry of the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement, dedicated to the reconciliation, or at-one-ment, of people with themselves, each other, and God. The Center sponsors and hosts retreats, conferences, days of renewal and recollection, pilgrimages, meetings, and other events. Opened in 1970, the Holy Mountain Franciscan Retreat Center has offered people of many different religious traditions and all walks of life an opportunity to slow down and encounter the Spirit in their lives.

Find Refreshment and Renewal in the Beautiful Hudson Valley

We offer a year-round schedule of retreats and programs designed for groups and individuals, including married couples, seniors, young adults, clergy, and men and women in recovery.

In addition to over two dozen retreats for people in recovery, the Center provides weekly holy hours, Centering Prayer experiences and regular AA, NA, Al-Anon, and Recovery, Inc., meetings.

We will happily schedule group retreats for your parish or organization. We also invite individuals to visit Holy Mountain to restore connections to the deeper meaning of faith.
