Find Balance through Kabbalah
An Introduction to Its Teachings and Practices
January 11, 2025, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Retreat Cost: $65 (lunch included)
Presenter: Sharon Rosen
Kabbalah is a path to remembering your inherent wholeness, and the Tree of Life and its aspects are at its core. Considered the blueprint for all existence, the various aspects of the Tree emanate from the Divine and are part of who we are as well. While Kabbalah comes from the Jewish tradition, it is not about being Jewish; it’s about being more fully human, and owning everything that comes with that journey. This provides a chance for deep healing and spiritual alignment.
This retreat day will include a basic overview, along with experiential meditations and chants to help you truly taste the sweetness of these teachings. Lunch is included. You will leave feeling nourished and enlivened. Presenter Sharon Rosen has been a student and practitioner of Kabbalah as a path to healing since 1997. She graduated from A Society of Souls training in 2000, and is also a mindfulness instructor, spiritual mentor, and retired massage therapist.
