Be the Bridge: Walk for Recovery (2024)
On Sunday, September 30, 2024 close to 500 of our neighbors, including Friars, Sisters and staff from St. Christopher’s Inn and FOA participated in the 3rd Annual “Be the Bridge: Walk for Recovery” in Poughkeepsie, NY. The day was a resounding success by all accounts—raising not only awareness on the importance of recovery and healing from the disease of addiction—the event also raised over $81,000—exceeding our goal of $75,000!
Franciscan At-one-ment Mission Project
The Franciscan At-One-Ment Mission Project is a program of the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement. With Jesus and St. Francis as guides, we invite young men to serve in one of the Friars’ “At-One-Ment” ministries of healing and reconciliation.
