Galatians 6:2 says “Bear one another’s burdens, and so you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
The At-One-Ment Mission Project with the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement is an opportunity to do just that. This summer, spend your time wisely by serving others and watch how God will work in your life at the same time!
From June 14-August 12, participants can work side-by-side with the Atonement Friars and truly become the hands and feet of Jesus.
There are two service opportunities:
St. Christopher’s Inn
A temporary homeless shelter dedicated to healing men with chemical addiction. Accompany them during their healing journey.
Graymoor Ecumenical & Interreligious Institute
Participants will go to Rome to participate in a summer course on interreligious dialogue. Upon returning volunteers will offer presentations at Catholic churches on what they learned. Build a bridge for Christian unity!
